When gunmen set fire to a crowded Casino in Monterrey last August, 52 people were killed and making it one of the most deadly episodes of drug-related violence that northern Mexican city has ever suffered. Now, seven months after the tragedy, families of the victims are demanding that the casino owner and state government officials be held accountable. But that's looking increasingly unlikely, as Al Jazeera reports from Monterrey.
